Reviewer 2 Report

The reviewed article was very interesting to read. I liked how the authors consistently and logically demonstrated the effect of RASSF1C on tumor-associated signaling pathways and genes. I have a few small comments:

1) The abstract is somewhat blurry, it does not give the main idea of the article

2) I would like to see an extended description of why these cell lines were chosen

3) Permission to work with animals is not specified

4) Microscopy drawings require bars and captions indicating magnification

5) Figures 5 and 6 - there are no error bars

Reviewer 3 Report

Dear authors,

Congratulations for your performed work in preparing the manuscript!

The results are clearly presented, the materials and statistical methods complete and easy to follow, and the discussions well exposed.

References should be edited in the same style (ex. No 30 has whole names, no 31 has the year of publication after the journal name).

I suggest that a graphical image with the mechanisms described would highly improve the quality of the presentation (but it is not mandatory).

Kind regards,
