- Composite reliability—Fornell and Larcker [89] recommend values above 0.7 for composite reliability. The observed values were, according to the Hair et al. [78] criteria, adequate because they were between 0.7 and 0.9. Moreover, there were no redundancy issues because no value was higher than 0.95 [90,91]. All the indicators in the model had acceptable composite reliability values (see Table 3).
- Discriminant validity can be analyzed by checking that the correlation between each pair of constructs is not greater than the square root value of the AVE for each construct and using the heterotraitmonotrait ratio (HTMT). For discriminant validity to hold, HTMT values must be less than 0.85 [86]. These conditions held for the data, thus confirming discriminant validity (see Table 3).
