- Domestic violence papers focused on Australian data.
- Documents in all languages were included.
- Documents with police records and hospital incidences related to domestic and family violence were considered.
2.2. Exclusion Criteria
- Documents categorised as abstracts, dissertation reports, case reports, case series, or un-defined types of documents were excluded.
- Documents that contained some of the keywords but the major focus of the article was not related to domestic or family violence were excluded.
