Dear Authors 

Infertility is defined by the World Health Organization as the inability to conceive after one year or more in couples with regular sexual activity.

Women have higher rates of anxiety levels associated with infertility. Report infertility as one of the most stressful experiences in their life. 

Therefore, the paper address a very important topic for women's health.

This study aimed to identify the types and characteristics of coping with infertility - related stress among women with infertility. 

The topic is correctly introduced, methods well characterized and the results are clearly presented.

This is a well-desinged and implemented research. I would like to highlight some issues to improve:

- The information about the reliability of each questionnaire ( Cronbach´s data) should be in Results instead of Materials and methods.

- 2.5.3 There are 3 paragraphs with coments about the manuscript. Please, review. 

- 3.1 When giving the general information about the participants, authors only talk about being married. Were there single or divorced participants?

- Line 228-229 The idea is not understood. Review.

- Table 5: Review the title format.

- Line 501 Comments on the manuscript. Review

- Discussion: the presentation of the clusters could be improved. It is confusing.
