Thank you for the opportunity to see this manuscript. It is an interesting topic and offers new insight as far as I am concerned. It is also timely given the degree to which caregivers are being depended on to support and care for family members. 

I think the manuscript is clearly written and contains sufficient detail for a reader to understand the work, The data are clearly presented and the conclusions are warranted based on what I read.
