Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The authors reviewed the antiemetic effect of olanzapine from the antiemetic mechanism, dose, and administration time.

Questions and opinions from the reviewer

1. Reference is really insufficient considering the review article.

2. In Japan, 5mg and administration after dinner are recommended. Please discuss this in addition following clinical trial " Lancet Oncol. 2020 Feb;21(2):242-249".  ã€€

3. The indication of olanzapine should be discussed more including use alone or which type of HEC.

Reviewer 2 Report

In my point of view, the manuscript is a rather well written comprehensive review of this particular field. Treatment side effects in oncology is a very important topic on the whole, as far as chemotherapy is becoming more and more effective in most types of cancers.  Nausea and vomiting are among the most common chemotherapy side effects therefore this review manuscript concentrates on a currently important problem. The main drawbacks of the manuscript - not very precise and clear tables; lack of innovation as far as it is a review manuscript. Recommend for review and reconsideration afterwards.
