About the paper, with my knowledge in relation to transcription factors analysis, I think this a complete article because includes both bioinformatics and expression pattern analysis. I have some comments on the manuscript.

1. How the sequence of WRKY transcription factor family come from? Only four WRKY transcription factor are detected in Larix olgensis? I think this information should supplied in the section of materails.

2. Did you only use one reference gene? According to MIQE (Minimum Information for Publication of Quantitative Real-Time PCR): «Unless fully validated single reference genes are used, normalisation should be performed against multiple reference genes, chosen from a sufficient number of candidate reference genes tested from independent pathways using at least one algorithm..» (Bustin, S.A., Beaulieu, JF., Huggett, J. et al. MIQE précis: Practical implementation of minimum standard guidelines for fluorescence-based quantitative real-time PCR experiments. 3. Subcellular localization analysis would be supplied in the bioinformatics analysis. It would help to enrich the content of function prediction of WRKY TFs.
