Dear Authors, this is a simple yet very useful study. While the results need further corroboration, in its current form the paper is useful. However, to make it more meaningful, the discussion needs to be improved. Please look at other papers in other industries that may have studied clinical parameters and correlated with work type. Correlation has to be drawn from other studies and any interventions that were undertaken. The discussion is not strong enough
