The paper of Josefiak et al. is a very interesting review regarding the importance of IGF-1 signaling in viral infections. In my opinion the paper could be accepted in this form.

The paper submitted by Józefiak and collaborators is very well written and clear.
The topic is extremely interesting.
However, before pubblication, some minor revision should be done,
In particular, I believe that the inclusion of a figure who shows the pathway of
IGF-1 in viral infections would improve the work
