Comments and Suggestions for Authors

I appreciate the opportunity to review the manuscript for publication in MDPI Pediatric Reports. I feel that the topics are interesting, and the manuscript is grossly well organized. I have a few comments as follows.

Photograph in Figure 2 is out of focus. It should be replaced with better quality.

L64: Please cite the following article.

Shih M, Brock L, Liu YC. Pediatric Aural Foreign Body Extraction: Comparison of Efficacies Among Clinical Settings and Retrieval Methods. Otolaryngol Head Neck Surg. 2021 Mar;164(3):662-666. doi: 10.1177/0194599820953130. Epub 2020 Sep 8. PMID: 32894992.

L145: “However, pharyngeal FBs have the highest referrals to otorhinolaryngologists and the lowest successful removal rate [12].

I do disagree the comment. The situation as for ENT specialist skills in charge of ER units differs between countries.

In Figure 4, a CT imaging to be added for better understanding. It is considered routine process to detect airway foreign bodies in advanced countries.
