Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

It is considered a well-developed research paper. I would like to give you some comment, so please reflect on it and revise it.

1. Please indicate which country Limpopo Province is in the title as well.

 2. Please describe how you selected the subjects to prevent sampling bias.

3. Please explain why you chose Limpopo Province. It would be nice if you could add the characteristics of the area and its relevance to the research topic.

Dear authors, i have enjoyed reading your research. I appreciate the importance of qualitative research in medicine. I would recommend another study, focused on the patient, although the health workers are important, it is the patient that also has a deserving voice to be heard. The methodology is okay, but should be detailed more, especially how did you conduct the focus group, and the scientific basis for the importance of a focus group.

The study could lend apprpriate improvements based on its content. Suggest the authors re-work the document and adress suggestions made. As for themes they need tp be re-worked for the scientific merit to adress issues of concern.

Participant quotes needs to adress what it intended as some seem not in correct place based on the headings.

Suggest that the manuscrpt be resubmitted after adressing the comments
