2. Line 68 "Thus, demonstrating nurses' perceptions regarding patient safety culture can provide an overview of organizational conditions in this area, providing support for a more  realistic analysis and understanding of individual and collective behaviour patterns that  can have a positive or negative impact on healthcare, enabling the improvement of processes, flows, bundles, strengthening the focus on preventive measures, the notification  of adverse events and permanent and continuing education [16]." large sentence, please amend

3. The paper's topic is on patient safety, therefore I recommend this very recent publication to be added, as it is dealing with a patient safety definition for nurses. I am positive that this reference will benefit the manuscript and will add to the value of the published paper.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Dear authors,

Thank you for the opportunity to review the exciting paper "Patient Safety Culture in the Context of Critical Care: An Observational Study”, a well-structured study. In my opinion, there are only a few aspects that should be further improved:

1.) In general, the sentences are too long and should be shortened and simplified. Additionally, the use of serial commas needs improvement.

2.) The background and relevance of this study are comprehensively described and well-supported by corresponding study results. The aim of the study is clear, but explicit research questions and hypotheses for the statistical tests are missing.

3.) In the methods section, the recruitment process of the nurses should be described in detail.

Many thanks and good success!
