Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The manuscript addresses an important issue regarding the perspective of adolescents on work and decent work. Results show that this work has value and should be done at early ages, given that the professional identity begins to be built during childhood. Hence, career guidance training is needed so that the future adults are better informed to make future decisions on what concerns their future occupation, and skills developed in the school context need to be improved, so that future workers can cope with the paradigm shift in the occupational arena.
