Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The Introduction is well-written and provides an interesting background for the set research questions. Authors may consider adding a paragraph describing the structure of the paper at the end of this section.

Hypotheses are drawn based on the literature review, which is appreciated. However, Authors may consider writing the hypotheses in the present tense, instead of the future tense.

Although the literature review is well written, in order to be beneficial for the reader it should be updated with some more up-to-date references (there are only a few references from 2017-2020 in the reference list).

Figure 2 is unclear and should be replaced with a better resolution figure.

The paper ends with a nice discussion, however it seems to lack brief conclusions. It is recommended to add this section. Research limitations could be also moved to this section.

There are some typos, e.g. line 113 “employ-ees”; line 14 “compa-nies”; line 19, line 22… etc.

Reviewer 2 Report

Normally, I will provide a separate document with extensive editorial comments and concerns/suggestions for the content of the paper. In this case, I have absolutely nothing to add. Excellent execution of the research design, the hypotheses are well laid out and supported, and the paper is wonderfully written.

Author Response

I appreciates the reviewers’ warm-hearted comments and feedback. Thank you!
