83-Give the type of soil, its N concentration and its carbon content.

245-Why does the model totally underestimate the hydrophilic group?

Article has been improved a lot with revision process.

Can you add few more reasons why how you selected HA1-HA6 in the lines 95-98?

For the Table 1, authors described in the line 161-162, " According to the C-NMR spectra of HA and its sub-fractions (Table 1)", what did you found? Please add few more description for the Table 1.

For the newly developed regression model in line 272, can you add few more samples to validate it with estimation errors?

In Table 3, please add the results for HA.

In Figure 5, please also add the results for HA.
