Given the nature and complexity of the statistical analysis, additional narrative outlining the outcomes of the statistical procedures would be helpful. The amount of literature provided should also. be reflected in the discussion and subsequent recommendations. Minor elaboration on methods, including more specific descriptions of the faculty participants.

it is a well founded and elaborated work, then I will make some suggestions that could improve your manuscript,

In the statistical analysis section there is a lot of room for improvement,

I recommend that the authors who work on it more incorporate the APA regulations into the tables and, above all, write the results.

The introduction must also be linked to the discussion, it does not make much sense to provide some quotes in one of the sections and not relate it to the other

I also recommend reviewing the existing literature if some important citations are missing

One last recommendation is to review the scientific writing style. I hope this improves your manuscript.
