- The methodology section is weak and should be supplemented by using some material from other sections, such as Chapter 4.
- Present in Figure 2. the results of the surveys, without indicating how they were mathematically processed, call into question their expediency and correctness
- The results presented in Table 1 are not clearly substantiated on a methodological basis
- It is recommended to present the existing formulas in Tables 2, 3, 4 in the methodological part and to explain them precisely
- The times in Table 3 are not clearly justified, their origins should be clarified.

Dear Professor,
Thank you for your advice and consideration. We have revised several points based on our review report. Some figures and table numbers have changed during the manuscript editing process.
Point 1. The methodology section is weak and should be supplemented by using some material from other sections, such as Chapter 4.
Respons to point 1. We have added the number of respondents based on the answers to the article.
Point 2. Present in Figure 2. the results of the surveys, without indicating how they were mathematically processed, call into question their expediency and correctness
Respons to point 2. We have added the number of respondents based on the answers to the article.
Point 3. The results presented in Table 1 are not clearly substantiated on a methodological basis
Respons to point 3. We have added a more detailed narrative of how the tables (Impact Categories & Level of Impact) are generated. The data obtained in the table is obtained from risk agreements from a group discussion forum that collects ideas and preferences for Terminal X port management by considering the company's vision and mission, the company's business position, and future business steps.
Point 4. It is recommended to present the existing formulas in Tables 2, 3, 4 in the methodological part and to explain them precisely
Respons to point 4. Table 2 is a collection of equations used in this study. To strengthen the research methodology, we will describe the formula used in the research in the methodology section.
Point 5. The times in Table 3 are not clearly justified, their origins should be clarified.
Respons to point 5. We have added an explanation of the time justification in Table 3.

Reviewer 2 Report
Budiyanto et al. conducted a case study of BIA in a container terminal caused by electrical disruption. The article is well organized, treats an actual problem, and identifies six categories of disruption. However, there are some fundamental concerns with the method and analysis.
- The knowledge gap of this research can be better defined in the introduction section. Why this research is important, and the research question should be explicitly explained.
- The method applied in this research is the case study. How to scientifically apply the case approach, how this method is applied by other scholars to address similar research topics, and specific procedures of data collection and analysis should be explained.
- Interviews were conducted to identify impact categories. The description of how this part of the research is performed is very vague.
- How are these interviews performed?
- Who are the interviewees?
- Why are interview participants considered appropriate for this research?
- What is the analysis leading to the conclusion?
- How to ensure validity and reliability?
- What is the contribution of this research? To what extent, scholars or practitioners could apply research findings to make positive changes in the future? Implications for future studies should also be included in the Conclusion and Discussion section.

Dear Professor,
Thank you for your advice, we have revised several parts based on the review report. Some table numbers and figures may change during the editing process.
Point 1. The knowledge gap of this research can be better defined in the introduction section. Why this research is important, and the research question should be explicitly explained.
Response to Point 1. We have corrected the introduction to the article so that the background of the research becomes sharper
Point 2. The method applied in this research is the case study. How to scientifically apply the case approach, how this method is applied by other scholars to address similar research topics, and specific procedures of data collection and analysis should be explained.
Response to Point 2. We have added the research flow and procedures in this article so the reader can refer to the concept of Business Impact Analysis modification to different cases in different industrial fields.
Point 3. Interviews were conducted to identify impact categories. The description of how this part of the research is performed is very vague.
-
- How are these interviews performed?
- Who are the interviewees?
- Why are interview participants considered appropriate for this research?
- What is the analysis leading to the conclusion?
- How to ensure validity and reliability?
Response to Point 3. We have added a more comprehensive description of how the respondent survey was conducted to derive impact categories. In general, survey activities are carried out in two stages. Firstly, the identification of impact categories through questionnaires and interviews. Secondly, Focus Group Discussion with the management of Container Terminal X to agree on the scale of impact.
- How are these interviews performed? Questionnaire to identify impact categories and Focus Group Discussion to identify Impact Scale per Categories
- Who are the interviewees? Container Terminal X's management level
- Why are interview participants considered appropriate for this research? Management is closely related individuals or groups to the business continuity management system who can lead, or affected by, the goal of corporate or business
- What is the analysis leading to the conclusion? BIA detailing & adaptation, the analysis of impact category definition, impact scale mutual agreement, quantitative measure of the impact, and plotting the impact measure result to impact scale
- How to ensure validity and reliability? Each survey result obtained is validated through a meeting with Container Terminal X management before being used further.
Point 4. What is the contribution of this research? To what extent, scholars or practitioners could apply research findings to make positive changes in the future? Implications for future studies should also be included in the Conclusion and Discussion section.
Response to Point 4. We have added research contributions and future studies to the article. In general, the contribution offered to readers is the flow and procedure of the detailed business impact analysis from the general analysis until it can be implemented in the container terminal business. We also use qualitative and quantitative methods by involving the company management component as part of the research and using the company's performance data.
