Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

A very interesting research topic, very well explained and supported.

However it's my suggestion to improve the conclusions in order to make it more clear the theoretical and managerial contributions.

Reviewer 3 Report

Thank you for the opportunity to read your manuscript. From my point of view, the topic is very significant and the paper is well structured and follows requirements of journal. However, there are a few issues with the paper that would benefit from revision.

Firstly, the paper misses theoretical part. I think it‘s worth considering an option to prepare a theoretical part from the material presented in the introduction and to supplement it with the sources of scientific literature if necessary. As a result it would help to theoreticaly substantiate the questionnaire.

Secondly, the article presents the research instrument in detail, but in my opinion it is too much meticulous. I suggest you to reconsider the presentation of information in the tables 2 and 3.

Best of luck!
