Project Environment and Outlook within the Scope of Technologically Integrated European Green Deal in EU and Ukraine
Round 1
Reviewer 1 Report
The authors have presented Project Environment and Outlook within the Scope of Technologically Integrated European Green Deal in EU and Ukraine. The paper looks like a piece of discussion and a few barcharts. No mathematcal modeling is given in the paper to support this dicussion. Table 1 contains some data but how the results are obtained? What is the mathematical ideal to obtain the results? It is not mentioned anywhere in the paper. I do not consider it suitable for publication unless a novel mathematical model is dicussed to support the proposed idea.

The manuscript submitted for review raises a topic of great interest due to its topicality and the importance of the study of measures to prevent the continuation of the process of environmental destruction. It is a subject analyzed by different authors from different points of view, but in this case it is approached from a singular point of view.
From the point of view of the approach, the text clearly presents the objectives and methodology followed in the research. The results presented are of interest not only to the scientific community, but also to policy makers responsible for making decisions on these issues.
The conclusions, although to be expected, are revealing insofar as they raise the usefulness of the measures analyzed and the need to implement policies to curb the generation of gases and wastes that endanger the environment and, with it, human beings. In addition, it opens the door to new research that will allow us to continue with the line of research presented here, not only for the case of Ukraine but also for other territories.

The authors have made a study of the prospects in the field of the technologically integrated European Green Deal for the European Union and Ukraine.
The authors propose solutions to ensure the efficient use of resources in the agricultural sector and reliable reflection of biological processes.
I have some curiosities that the authors should answer me and some suggestions that would improve the quality of the article.
1. In what way do the authors believe that it can be proposed to recognize the biological form of capital as a self-growing and self-reproducing value, which in the process of biological transformation allows to obtain an additional unit of profit.
2. The authors' study examines in detail the promising areas of the transformation of the agricultural sector in the framework of a technologically integrated European ecological agreement in the EU. It would be good for the authors to detail in terms of costs how this position can be exploited.
3. The authors determine that one of the most effective tools for low-cost reduction of greenhouse gas emissions is the national implementation of environmental quota trading and the development of organic production. It would be good to develop this aspect in percentage terms by making inferences into the short, medium and long term future.
4. How Ukraine can fight from the point of view of investments in terms of energy efficiency, prevention of environmental pollution, rational use and reproduction of resources are a priority for the sustainable development of Ukraine.
Justify with quantitative values how reliable pricing of carbon emissions can be a key investment tool that can provide a dynamic increase in financing of environmental technologies.
6. Enrich the state of the art with impact benchmarks on energy, sustainability and air quality and occupant habits:

7.Highlight future recommendations in the conclusions.
