The authors present interesting and up-to-date work regarding the connectivity performance between different types of infrastructure.
This reviewer would be happy for the authors to address the comments left in their manuscript, which can be found in the attachment.
Overall, this piece of work needs a notation list, a better explanation of some assumptions regarding the modelling, and how efficiency can be effectively improved (i.e., being more precise in the suggestions made and not keeping it at a high level of abstraction).
With this addressed properly, this reviewer is from the opinion that the presented work holds some merits for publication as a meaningful contribution to the state of the art.

I recommend the authors thoroughly review and revise the whole manuscript once to correct expressions and grammatical issues to look more academic in writing. However, the authors has described with clarity of expression and relevant knowledge. The authors also makes a good effort in describing the technical concepts in simple and easy-to-understand language. In general, the paper is presented well. However, some issues need to be fixed and improved. |
