Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

1. Consider highlighting conclusion remarks and future perspectives.

2. What needs to be done in order to use the analyzed data for raising the value added to services?

Author Response

Thank you very much for your advice. The content you mentioned has been supplemented. Please refer to P16

Reviewer 2 Report

I generally have two comments:

1.    While reading the article, I couldn't find a period of time when the examinations were carried out. There was the epidemic mentioned, probably Covid-19. Could the authors supplement the text with this information?

2.    There is no reference to secondary literature in the conclusions. The Author / Authors wrote that "The above conclusions confirm a fact that for the corporate and customer factors .." Who is this fact behind?

Author Response

Thank you very much for your advice. The content you mentioned has been supplemented. Please refer to P8 and P16

Reviewer 3 Report

Please consider the notes in the file attached.

Please also consider adding where stated in the attached file, the following references:

1. Rodgers et al. (2022). An artificial intelligence algorithmic approach to ethical decision-making in human resource management processes. Human Resource Management Review.

2. Lee, C., Che-Ha, N. & Alwi, S. (2021). Service Customer Orientation and Social Sustainability: the Case of Small Medium Enterprises. Journal of Business Research.

3. Tettamanzi, P., Venturini, G. & Murgolo, M. (2022). Sustainability and Financial Accounting: a Critical Review on the ESG Dynamics. Environmental Science and Pollution Research.

4. Boar, A., Bastida, R. & Marimon, F. (2020). A systematic literature review. Relationships between the sharing economy, sustainability and sustainable development goals. Sustainability.

Overall, the language used and the way of structuring your work did not allow the reviewer to fully understand the purpose of the study as well as the related results. Personally, this manuscript needs strong revisions on multiple levels.

Best of luck with your research.
