Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The paper is well structured, and the research objectives are clearly stated, as well as the methodology used and the discussion of the results. The only thing I suggest to the authors is to include in the paper some more updated bibliographical references from 2021 and 2022, some examples:

I appreciate the author's attempt to find new forms to add to the literature on knowledge transfer. I however have a couple of comments that may improve your piece.

1. Besides a couple of sentences where the term sustainability appears, I see no reason to have this piece published in this particular journal. It really does not develop arguments that strengthen our ideas on sustainability and if they do, they are not specific. The authors should build on this topic or better look for an international management journal.

2. I think that the results you have found, two of these significant (H2, H3) are useful but require a larger explanation of why only firm level and individual level factors are the ones that are significant and in what context.

3. I have no idea of the type of questions you have used to survey the subjects under the study. Please build on these, perhaps a section or even link the questionnaire or give a broad idea of the questions used.

4. The dependent variable, knowledge transfer efficiency requires more attention. In my view, without a precise understanding of what you have asked, I do not seem to understand how it is specifically measured. Need to improve on this.

5. Please explain clearly why the use of one point of information is sufficient to understand knowledge transfer, is there a before and an after? again, not clearly built your arguments.

6. I want to see a table of the variables used to measure, what KTE1...n means specifically. If I were to use your paper to build on theory, I need an explanation.

Best of luck

Answer:

The object of this manuscript focuses on one sustainable resource——knowledge, and the main point is to share the resource (waste the cost of creation), which is another reason that save resource. Thus, I hope to submit to this journal, and let people swift the new perspective on knowledge management, such as efficient and energy-saving transfer of knowledge. I have added more explanation in the introduction. (shown in yellow)

Answers:

I have added the question in the sentence, and the dimensions or questions from the other research.
