Reviewer 2 Report

The article presents the mechanism of the effect of digital finance on energy efficiency. It is a topic of interest to the researchers in the related areas and suitable for publication in Sustainability. However, some improvements are still needed:

1. The analysis of moderating effect of resource endowment is the novelty, but it is not well reflected in the title and the introduction section.

2. To make the article structure more fit the topic, I suggest to use Literature Review as the title of section 2 instead of Related Works, and change the section 3’s title Materials and Methods to Methodology.

3. Consult the journal’s reference style. The list of references should follow the Sustainability’s format.

4. The statement in the Conclusion section is kind of repeated with the abstract. Conclusion section should highlight the insights and contributions of your findings.

Therefore, I recommend this manuscript for publication after minor revision.
