The introductory part of the manuscript is good, In the Material and methods are okay, please correct the spelling of the para 2.3 formula in root-shoot ratio. In fig1, fig a  and fig b germination percentages are differently written. please write the germination percentage in the same way in both figures. Discussion part is fine. improve the conclusion part.
