The authors have selected a trending topic which has a lot of room and potential for further research. The research methodology is sound and baseline theories for hypothesis development have also been used. However, I feel, the that while building a story and developing a hypothesis of the most important variable of this research i.e. Digital Leadership, there was no relevant theory used. I would suggest that leadership theory be linked to the hypotheses 1 and 2 to strengthen the base of the argument.
Secondly the limitation part needs to be elaborated a bit more. Since it is a social sciences research, one of the limitations is the lack of qualitative research conducted in this study so that more detailed insight could be derived on the role of digital leadership in organizational innovation. Please add this.
Lastly the plagiarism is 23%. please bring it to 15%.
