I appreciate your idea to take forest operations education to more people via e-learning. There is a higher need to keep the technicians and loggers aware of the innovations happening in forest operations. Thank you for this communication which got a greater relevance in the changing global scenario. I have a couple of minor suggestions. Please see the file attached.

I would like to congratulate the Authors of this paper and this initiative. E-learning is a very important tool and should be broadly recognised. The whole project is very well thought: from coherent presentations, uniform videos to a glossary. I hope your initiative will gain recognition and become widely popular. And not only in forest science – it has the potential to be implemented in other courses/studies.

I have only one comment on the text:

Line 277: Please remove a hyphen form the word ‘formats’.

 

I highly reccomend publishing this paper in Sustainability.
