I have gone through the manuscript titled Scrutiny of Hybrid Renewable Energy System for Control, Power Management, Optimization and Sizing: Challenges and  Future Possibilities, which has well written and formatted. Even though a Few points are against its quality, that is listed

1.      Abstract has to be given a final (results) values

2.      The objective of this paper is so long. Try to reduce and give an important objective only.

3.      Section 2: Control and Power management approaches in HRES: Much information is irrelevant to the paper… Please give relevant only

4.      The results and analyses are very good…

5.      The conclusions are very wide, and please narrow them down to specific points

The paper gives a review of Scrutiny of Hybrid Renewable Energy System for Control,  

Power Management, Optimization and Sizing: Challenges and Future Possibilities. The following suggestions are recommended for better readability and quality of the paper. 

Authors have reviewed advancements of Hybrid Renewable Energy System for Control,  Power Management, Optimization and Sizing: Challenges and Future Possibilities Mention the significance of the most important aspect considered in the paper. 

1. The contribution of the paper needs to be elaborated further clearly.

2. There are many typo errors in the paper. The paper needs to be thoroughly revised and proofread by some professional expert. 

3. The presentation of the tables needs to be improved. Moreover, tables of the papers need to be referred to in the text. 

4. The details of references are missing e.g volume, issue number, page no, etc. All the references need to be thoroughly revised. For example “An Accelerated Error Convergence Design Criterion and Implementation of Lebesgue-p Norm ILC Control Topology for Linear Position Control Systems”. 

5. Please arrange the section carefully and address the comments for the better readability.

This article makes a comprehensive presentation of renewable energy regulation and management systems. However, the introduction session makes a lot of abrupt transition and confuses the readers, some of the examples include:

In line 40 and Line 42, the sentences contradict each other.

Line 43 and 44 lacks connection.

Line 46 and Line 47 have no connection.

Line 71: how does combining two unpredictable sources solve the variation problem?

Also, please improve the quality of some of the graphs in this paper, such as FIgure 11, 12 and 13.

The paper does not clearly state any significant advantage of HRES.
