Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The research presents some interest but the methodology lacks originality, not being at the level required by this journal. It is more a review paper than a research one. I advise the authors to extend their research and present more original results.

Reviewer 3 Report

The article provides a review, analysis and diagnosis of the state of knowledge on the relevance of circular economy with climate change and is valuable in this respect. It deserves to be published.

The following comments are editorial:

  1. There are problems with the numbering of pages from page 12.
  2. No Figure 1 caption.
  3. Unclear Figure 2. Is it the diagram above the caption or the one below?
  4. Table 2 should be re-edited (“drunken” numbers)
  5. Line 29-30, p. 1 (12) "more more". A redundant word?
  6. The beginning of the first verse of the topic 3.1 Theory of change – what does it mean?

Round 2

Reviewer 1 Report

It is a difference between originality meaning lack of plagiarism and originality in the sense I referred to, meaning your paper is mainly a review paper not a research one. And it lacks novelty and a methodology appropriate for research papers.
