Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Dear authors,

This article deals with a very interesting and current topic. In the first part of the article, the authors created an excellent overview of the current literature that deals with this topic. Subsequently, the link between multi-agent collaboration (management collaboration, synergetic mechanisms and information synergies) and the logistics park project performance based on survey data from Yunnan Province in China is investigated. For this, the partial least squares (PLS) based structural equation modelling is used. Results indicate that the different dimensions of multi-agent collaboration (management, mechanism and information collaboration) have a significant positive impact on the performance of a logistics park project. The results also found that the moderating effect of environmental dynamics on the relationship between multi-agent mechanism collaboration and logistics park project performance was not significant.

I rate the article as excellent and the study have high scientific value.

Corrections:

1 – The abstract should present the results in a summarised and clear way. For example, the sentence that appears in the conclusion:

“The results suggest that the three dimensions of multi-agent collaboration (management, mechanism and information collaboration) have a significant positive impact on the performance of a logistics park project. Besides, under different environmental dynamics conditions, different strategies should be adopted by a logistics park project to improve the performance.”

2 - In line 43, the authors should correct "In addition", as it appears twice.

Kind regards

Reviewer 2 Report

The topic of the paper is very interesting, points to the limits of previous research in the field and seeks new, innovative solutions. The theoretical framework for the given research is very comprehensive, it is certainly possible to agree that it complements and expands the current state of knowledge. The number of references to the literature of other authors is large. I also appreciate the determination of hypotheses. The structure of the article is clear, the results show implications and recommendations for practice, but also limitations of research and future work. I have no comments that need to be incorporated.
