Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This paper aims to develop pioneering insights into the core area of sustainable education research by examining the multi-dimensional aspects of teachers' readiness to design classrooms enhanced with technology.
It is a nice study combining technology, education, and sustainability.

The most critical issues to be considered apply to methodology and the discussion. The Authors should add the information on:
(1) What keywords were used in the Web of Science database search to generate the VOSviewer map?

(2) Before generating the VOS map, did you remove unnecessary words (items) before generating the VOS map? If yes, please provide some examples.

Methods, the characteristics of participants, and the results were clearly explained.  (3) However, hypotheses that correspond to three research questions should be provided and highlighted.

(4) The discussion could be based on references. In this part, the findings and their implications should be discussed in the broadest context possible. Future research directions may also be mentioned.

I recommend a minor revision of the text.

Reviewer 2 Report

It would be advisable to include review of citations and references. And also add a description table of the participants and a figure that exposes the procedure followed in this study.

Reviewer 3 Report

Dear authors: thank you very much for this work. It is an interesting educational experience. This paper sheds new light on the role of the metaverse in the educational context.
From my point of view, the theoretical framework is perfectly constructed. Also the methodological framework.
A minor detail: "VR-Making (herein, VRM)" is repeated twice in the summary
