The artticle "The Cooperative Game study of Chinese Overseas Direct Investment in Construction of 2 GreeI have no comments on the substantive value of the article and the methods that have been well described and appliedn Ports" is a high quality study and presentas an actual problems. 

However I suggest the following:

1. In my opinion the author/authors should  explain clearlt the selection of ports, what distinguishing features  were used when choosing the ports examined in the article,

2. The literature concering the green ports should be extended,

3. In the article, errors regarding typos and spaces that should be corrected, additionally on page 4 one sentence repeated three times

We have added the innovative points of this paper, and the references of this journal in Green Port: Deng et al. [23] study the influence mechanism of environmental regulation on green port construction by constructing a three-way evolutionary game model of government, port enterprises and transportation enterprises.

This paper uses the cooperative game model to analyze the construction of green ports from the perspective of Chinese overseas direct investment. The selected topic research has a certain research value, and from the perspective of decision-making help for practitioners in the field, it has the practical significance of the research. The model description is clear and the framework is complete.

However, minor revisions are suggested to make the paper more consistent with the academic norms of English writing.

1 The introduction should reduce the description of less relevant to the research question, and end with what this study is specifically intended to address.

2 The paper written in English needs to be further revised.

3 The literature review section should present the innovation of this paper in relation to the literature gaps.

We removed the redundant parts and have added the following on page 4: In this context, the core question addressed in this paper is: through this paper, how to seize the development opportunities and overcome the challenges and risks that exist in the construction of green ports by Chinese ODI, so as to guarantee the economic, social and environmental benefits of the participating subjects and enhance their cooperative behavior, then promote stable cooperation and sustainable development among the participating countries.

On pages 4-5 we add the innovations of this paper in the literature gap: Meanwhile, many scholars have applied the game theory approach to the study of green ports, mainly focusing on the application of evolutionary games, but there are fewer studies based on cooperative games to analyze the cooperation of participating subjects. This paper concentrates on the cooperation game between Chinese port investment enterprises and the host government, and introduces the influence of effort level on the cooperation game model to further fit the application scenario of overseas direct investment. In addition, the papers on overseas direct investment in research on sustainable development are relatively abundant, but there are few studies on the construction of green ports, and this paper enriches the theoretical base research in the field. And the research in green ports has been abundant, but the quantitative research is still in the development stage.

在第4-5页，我们在文献空白中添加了本文的创新： 同时，许多学者将博弈论方法应用于绿色港口研究，主要集中在进化博弈的应用上，但基于合作博弈来分析参与主体合作的研究较少。本文聚焦中国港口投资企业与东道国政府的合作博弈，介绍了努力水平对合作博弈模型的影响，以进一步契合海外直接投资的应用场景。此外，关于海外直接投资可持续发展研究的论文比较丰富，但对绿色港口建设的研究较少，丰富了该领域的理论基础研究。而且绿色港口的研究已经丰富，但定量研究仍处于发展阶段。
