The introduction should better motivate why this research is important currently in the context. What would be the consequences if not addressed? The review should first look at what others have done in terms of digital skills before looking at the Indonesian context. There are many forecasting models available out there, why choose Bayesian and how do you ensure this method gives you better forecast in terms of accuracy without any comparison? I think the discussion fell flat without much depth. Implications are also weak as I do not see which stakeholders this research would benefit and what would be the way forward.

A well written paper.

An appropriate method used.

Number of issues must be resolved before publishing:

1.       A native English speaker MUST proofread the paper.

2.       The ‘Gap’ is NOT distinctly defined-sometime between supply and demand-sometimes between demand and supply. Please check and be sure to use it one way consistently in the paper (see for example 70-74; 139-144).

3.       Figures? A- Not clear, hard to read; B-Source is not clear-the authors? Used from ??? (do you need a permission?).

4.       Rows 333-339 and Fig 3- future demand? For which year? Years?
