Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The article examines attitudes toward one's low-cost carrier business and the intention to stay, and the relationship between these and dimensions of justice theory, financial compensation, nonfinancial compensation, coworker relationships, and procedural fairness. The topic of justice theory is interesting at this time where there are often difficulties in working life.

The authors should consider these points:

1. the relationship between aspects of justice theory and the following explanation of the reason for conducting the research is unclear: " it is imperative for low-cost carrier businesses to acquire talented 28 employees because airline businesses depend heavily on labor." How the idea of talent is related to the idea of a work environment that is characterized as just?

2. The low-cost carrier business is Korean: how in the context of reference are aspects of justice theory considered? it would be preferable to consider contextual aspects as well

3. Data on stakeholders should be described in a 'participants' section in the method

4. Relative to instruments: Please consider that the same sample should not be used to test the psychometric requisites of the instruments and the model.

5. Convergent validity and discriminant validity, tab 4: There are high correlation values that may be indicators of variables investigating similar dimensions

6. Relative to hypothesis testing: it would be preferable to include a measurement model and a structural model.

7. conclusions should also consider reflections related to previous points

Reviewer 2 Report

The purpose of this research is to examine the influential attributes of employees’ attitude 8 and intention to stay in the domain of human resources management in a low-cost carrier business. This manuscript must go through some revision to be published at this journal. Hope my comments can help the authors improve the quality of this manuscript.

This manuscript need to discuss the originality of this study much more strongly and clearly.

There is the lack of justification for the hypotheses development. It needs to be discussed with more strong evidence.

Move the Research model from Method to Literature Review section.

Did you use 5-point Likert scale or 5-point semantic differential scale to measure 'Attitude'? Please fix the mistake in the discussion at Method section.

The data collection process needs to be discussed in more detail.

This manuscript needs to add some more recent references.

Writing needs some improvement.
