Effect of Artificial Intelligence on the Development of China’s Wholesale and Retail Trade

This articles use neural methods to study IT in wholesale and retail industries in China. However, I rarely find any literature on countries other than China, and there is a whole lot of grammatical problem of missing out the connectives.
I think the authors should hire a native speaker to thoroughly review the article, conduct a more holistic literature review of how researchers in other countries have studied the application of IT in wholesale and retail industries, and explain why the year of 2021 was used as an illustration when China has experienced a nationwide lockdown that may have biased the results.

The article is interesting, well organized, it can be seen that it has been worked on and that it is the result of serious research.
Recommendations:
1. Theoretical Analysis of the Influence of AI on the high-quality development of WRT
- I think that the theoretical analysis must be completed with studies that analyze the influence of AI in business. For example. Perifanis, N.-A.; Kitsios, F. Investigating the Influence of Artificial Intelligence on Business Value in the Digital Era of Strategy: A Literature Review. Information 2023, 14, 85. https://doi.org/10.3390/info14020085 - I think it's a valuable source for documentation.
2. Materials and Methods
- I don't think that the methods used need to be described in detail, pp. 4-6.
- 2.4. Data Source - I think it is necessary to describe more specifically the data series used.
Also, I think you must have in References - the source of the data or at least of the institutions that made this data available (China statistical yearbooks, Provincial statistical yearbooks, China National Intellectual Property Administration, International Carbon Action Partnership Organization (ICAP), International Federation of Robots (IFR)). Even if the work refers to 30 regions of China, I think that a series of data used for at least one region can be exemplified.
- The source will be added to each Table/figure: "made by the authors" or another source.
- You need to introduce the Conclusions section, or reorganize the Discussion part. In Conclusions section, summarize the main results, if the work has certain limitations, what is the reason for these limitations, and what are the future research directions.

The reviewed manuscript is interesting and concerns a very topical issue. The Authors justified the undertaken research problem, formulated the goal, defined the research methods used, and presented the conclusions. Particularly interesting are the methods of data analysis. However, to improve the study, I propose minor changes and additions.
1. The basis of the research should be a literature review. Although the Authors, after justification, inserted a chapter entitled "Theoretical analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence on the development of high-quality WRT", they quoted only five literature items.
2. The study should clearly state the goal, which should also be presented in the summary. In this manuscript, the introduction states two different purposes of the article (lines 59-62 and 81-84).
3. It is good practice in scientific studies to formulate research hypotheses.
4. The manuscript has ended with a discussion, which is a summary. In the Discussion, reference should be made to the results of research by other authors. The article should end with conclusions practically already formulated in the Discussion. At the end of the study, it is also practiced to present recommendations for further research.
