Abstract

Abstract is lacking crucial information about the whole study. The abstract should be a complete, succinct summary of your entire project. Summarising is being able to identify and highlight key points using as few words as possible. Ensure that no numerical exhibited in abstract

Introduction

Need to organise the structure of the manuscript accordingly

Various studies have been conducted on this aspect, what is new in this study, are you focusing on particular industry or sector as cannot generalise to all industries

What are the categories of young adult and why they are significant in this research,

Explain the gaps and justify the objectives of the study

Explain the core issues and the evidence especially statistics and with current literatures to support the issues of this study

Any recent statistics from the officials to support the issue or arguments

Identify the research problem -- as with any academic study, you must state clearly and concisely the research problem being investigated.

Appropriate background information has not been provided with special terms and concepts defined.

Lacks research topic or problem not clearly stated shown to be worth investigating as there were many studies conducted, and therefore need to highlight the extension of this study from previous studies

Literature Review

Review scholarship on the topic, synthesizing key themes, and, if necessary, noting studies that have used similar methods of inquiry and analysis.

Note where key gaps exist and how your study helps to fill these gaps or clarifies existing knowledge.

The author should have discussed the issues in detail and how the issues were not resolved or partially resolved by previous studies.

Discuss the important recent extensions that have been made to the model to make it more realistic, and give a brief overview of some of the older and more recent empirical studies that have fitted the model. Such contributions add up the value of the paper

Presents an overall argument, but may not be fully developed or consistent in its application

Independent variables and dependent variables were not discussed through and the relationship with any possible theories also need to be discussed

Literature review is lacking the in-depth of the study

Explain all the variables thoroughly in literature review and how these variables are related to the study and able to solve the problems and achieve the objectives of the study

The variables need to be explained in detail in literature review and explain the relationship and any theories that supports the study

What is the impact of independent variable to dependent variable and how the theory able to co relate the relationship?

What underpinning theory has been utilised as one of the most important aspect for quantitative approach

Methodology

The sample data of chosen and the justification need to be highlighted , why 243

Sample size need to be calculated according

Explain what is the response rate as well

Detail explanation of research methodology is required and the chosen method and the justification of the sample period

Explain in detail the terms of independent variables and how these independent variables were chosen

Deductive, positivism explanation needs to be incorporated

Lack of evidence of care and accuracy in the data process

Is the population know or unknown to justify the types of sampling used

What scales has been used nominal, internal, ordinal etc. for primary data

Unable to reveal the research methods fully described of the advantages and disadvantages of chosen methods that was discussed.

Where is the pilot study reliability analysis which is important to justify the research questionnaire

Analysis

Reliability and validity test are missing

Many statistical tests are missing

If this is s quantitative analysis, where are the hypotheses

The organization and discussion could be improved quite a bit, to make it clearer in some places to demonstrate symbolic role

Analysis is too weak to support the arguments in literature review and justify the objectives

Need more analysis to support the data as well as the hypothesis

statistical analysis is totally lacking

The organization and discussion could be improved quite a bit, to make it clearer in some places to demonstrate the symbolic role

Lack of detailed analysis which does not answer the objectives

The organization and discussion could be improved quite a bit, to make it clearer in some places to demonstrate symbolic role

Need more analysis to support the objectives of the study

So many analysis missing form the manuscript

No demographic analysis

Mean & std deviation

Multicollinearity Test – VIF missing

Need to explain for Measurement Model for First Order Variables

Relationship of Main Constructs with Second Order Constructs

Discriminant Validity (Fornel-Larcker Method) For Second Order Constructs

Discriminant Validity (Heterotrait-Monotrait Ratio (HTMT) Method for Second Order Constructs

Boot Strapping Result

Append the smart pls original software diagram in appendix as an evidence to support all the analysis

Discussion

The finding of the research needs to be compared and contrasted with findings, theories, models and concepts derived from the literature review.

Conclusions and recommendations discussed in the context which are not widely applicable

The relevance of the conclusions for stakeholders has not been discussed thoroughly

Comment on whether or not the results were expected for each set of findings; go into greater depth to explain findings that were unexpected or especially profound. If appropriate, note any unusual or unanticipated patterns or trends that emerged from your results and explain their meaning in relation to the research problem.

Either compare your results with the findings from other studies or use the studies to support a claim. This can include re-visiting key sources already cited in your literature review section

Describe the patterns, principles, and relationships shown by each major findings and place them in proper perspective.

Good discussion section includes analysis of any unexpected findings. This part of the discussion should begin with a description of the unanticipated finding, followed by a brief interpretation as to why you believe it appeared and, if necessary, its possible significance in relation to the overall study.

The discussion section should end with a concise summary of the principal implications of the findings regardless of their significance.

Give a brief explanation about why you believe the findings and conclusions of your study are important and how they support broader knowledge or understanding of the research problem.

Conclusion

The main research question has not been concisely answered.

The overall argument has not been summarized.

The reflection on the aims, methods, and results of the research is lacking

Relevant recommendations have not been discussed.

The contributions of the research have not been clearly explained.

Reviewer 3 Report

The authors of the paper state that the testing of the sample lasted for 3 weeks, but the year or period of the testing is not specified. There are technical defects in the paper itself, some of which are marked.

The hypotheses are clearly stated and the relationship between the hypotheses and the results is very nicely presented schematically.

Reviewer 4 Report

The paper has an interesting and catchy subject, but the writing needs improvement. Furthermore, the authors should check the format requirements of the journal, especially the citation style.

Regarding the title: as the research was conducted in a specific area of the globe, it is important to specify this in the title. The obtained results are, most surely, not relevant worldwide regarding social customer relationship management precisely because the social factor is so different, despite globalization.

Line 6: via?

Line 9: space needed

Line 13: sustainable

Please state in the abstract what gap this paper fills in the subject. The authors declare that it  "fills a research gap." Please specify.

Furthermore, I believe it is essential to state in the abstract and in the introduction where the questionary was applied and to what population.

Line 23. - citation is needed.

Space is needed in lines 25, 61, 104, 113, 127, 152, 294, 343, etc.

Lines 25-29: please rephrase; it is unclear!

Lines 26-29: what is the difference between

Lines 54-58: I do not consider it appropriate to define the dynamic capability just based on one citation. Even more, based on a paper published 15 years ago.

Line 116. - citation is needed.

Line 132. - citation is needed.

Figure 1 must be improved.  ex: SDCs or SDCS - use the same format. Furthermore, the figure should contain the elements that compose s-CRM; SDCs and SCA.

The authors state that they had 243 respondents (line 253). These 243 respondents (managers) represent SMEs from Saudi Arabia. Are any of the manager's features (seniority in the company, education, age, etc) taken into consideration?

Line 359-360. Please state what other resources can be used to build sustainable, dynamic capabilities.
