1-Please ensure consistency in using different key terms.
2-Please improve the introduction section by providing the background, gaps, and contributions of the study in a more specific way. A couple of examples from real-life examples would enhance the motivation of the study.
3-The significance and innovation in the research problem should be explained.
4-The literature review should be enhanced by presenting a critical review.
5-Please explain the novelty of the methodology applied in this study. This is the weakest point of this paper.
6-The result analysis should be improved based on the unique findings, interesting insights, and how these results will be useful to the practice.
7-More experiments and sensitivity analyses can be conducted.
It is suggested to give motivations of proposing the new method in the introduction.
What is the main question addressed by the research?
It is recommended to discuss the limitations of this research and the future directions in the conclusion section.
For sensitivity and comparative study parts, also add more discussion.
More discussion is required to interpret on the numerical results.

Considering the water shortages and climate changes across the globe, this study is highly notable. Yet, few changes are recommended to enrich the quality of the content.
In the introduction section, there is a need to cite recent related papers and show the gap as follows;
Leadership styles and sustainable performance: A systematic literature review
To walk in beauty: Sustainable leadership, frugal innovation and environmental performance
Frugal-based innovation model for sustainable development: Technological and market turbulence
Authors are also advised to cite recent work in their literature review and hypotheses development section.
The research methodology looks fine and the results are clear to interpret.
Yet, the authors did not write about limitations and future directions. There is a need to introduce separate sections for these sections.
In the current version, there are missing theoretical and practical implications as well.
