Reviewer 2 Report

Dear authors, I really obtained enjoy from your paper with very interesting for me information on sustainable intensification of cropping systems under conservation agriculture practices with quantitative assessment of their impact on yield, productivity and profitability of wheat.

At the same time, I have to say that Figures 1, 3 and 4 could be easier for fast understanding in case of their larger scale. Tables 2 and 4 could be clearer for their system analysis in case of presence of the short structured vocabular description of the scenarios plus or instead of their abbreviation by cipher (size of pages allows to do this even with using some additional columns). And finally, it makes sense to use in “Discussion” and especially “Conclusions” chapters not only scenarios numbers but their principal agroecological/agrotechnological features description.

I believe these small improvements would give this manuscript better recognition by its future readers.

Reviewer 3 Report

Dear Authors,

I have gone through the whole manuscript. Unfortunately I didn't find any line number in the manuscript to make specific comments. But there are lots of typos and grammartical errors throughout the manusscript. The figures of the manuscript are not readable. The manuscript need a thorough revision before getting acceptance from any reputed journals.

Thanks.

Round 2

Reviewer 3 Report

Dear Authors,

Thank you so much for your revision. You improve a lot. However, still I identify few issues that should be addressed before final decision:

[1] I didn't find the treatments name in your abstract. As sometimes the abstract published separately from the manuscript that's why you should have to add them.

[2] It's better to avoid symbol from abstract.

[3] Please draw the vertical line for Y-axis in Figure 1

Thanks
