Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Dear authors, thanks for submitting your manuscript entitled Green Human Resource Management and Employee Retention in the Hotel Industry of UAE; the Mediating Effect of Green Innovation. As a result of the review the following recommendations are given:

Abstract: the importance of the analysis should be stated clearly;

the data collection process should be explained in detail;

the empirical results should be presented;

the main contributions and applications of received results should be clearly stated.

Conclusions: conclusions are not supported by obtained results;

the usage of references is not recommended in conclusions as they show the findings received by the authors;

it is not clear how the following statement is related to the Green Innovation:

"it is essential that hotels and their HR departments implement strategies that are directed towards retaining employees while providing them with the necessary means to improve and shine in their roles. "

Contributions and implementation are poorly presented and the findings do not expand the existing literature as plenty of similar studies were done, in this regard, the authors are encouraged to expand their conceptual model by adding additional research questions/hypotheses;

in summary, this manuscript can be reviewed after major corrections made by the authors.
