Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Thank you for the opportunity to review the manuscript. This is an interesting and important research topic. The paper has the potential to contribute to the literature if the following major shortcomings are addressed:

1. Clearly articulate research questions.

2. Perform a review of the literature on the relationship between EB and CNB and their sub-dimensions and articulate clearly in a separate literature review section.

3. Provide methodological clarity including the population, sampling frame, sample, and sampling technique. Provide the survey instrument as an appendix. Address the issue of validity.

4. Include descriptive statistics of the variables used for the study and respondents' demographic profile.

5. Present results more concisely and be cautious in interpreting the results as this is not a causal analysis.

I have added sectionwise comments below for you.

Introduction

I recommend authors reconsider how they present the gap in the literature. While they might not have found papers on the relationship between ENB and CB while searching in a number of databases, that does not mean that there has not been academic curiosity in this field.  Probably a better way to phrase this is to state that there is a limited exploration of the relationship between C and EB.

The articulation of research questions can be greatly enhanced. I understand the authors are aiming to explore the relationship between EB and CNB. While doing so, they are also exploring the relationship between EB and CNB dimensions. The authors can limit their research questions to two. The rationale for exploring the relationship between sub-dimensions should be established in the literature review.

 Literature review

The biggest weakness of the paper lies in the absence of a comprehensive review of the literature related to the research question. While there is some indication of relationships among different constructs in the introduction section, the paper misses discussing the literature in detail. I recommend authors consider adding a separate section of literature review and discuss the literature on each of the relationships they aim to explore. For instance, how does the literature discuss the relationship between EB and CNB levels, how are sub-dimensions related? Without a comprehensive review, the study fails to demonstrate the body of literature it is building upon and contributes to.

It should also provide the literature that discusses the relationship between sub-dimensions of EB and CNB.

Also, the authors do not engage in any theories underpinning the relationship between EB and CNB.

Methods

There are several methodological limitations on this study. The study fails to articulate the population, sampling frame, sample and sampling technique. It also fails to provide transparency in the instruments used. How was the instrument administered? What was the response rate?

It further fails to provide clarity on the details of the respondents. Who were these teachers? At what level did they teach? What was the demographic profile of the respondents?

While the paper presents reliability coefficients, they fail to justify the validity of the instrument. How were sub-dimensions constructed? What were the items. How were these statements presented and how were they measured?

 Results

It is important to have a table with descriptive statistics of the demographic profile of the respondents as well as the variables that are analyzed in the study. Furthermore, the presentation of the results can be greatly improved by presenting them in one intercorrelation matrix rather than having separate individual tables.

 Discussion and Conclusion

The major weakness of the study is also on how the results are discussed. The study used correlation analysis to demonstrate the relationship, authors should discuss these results with a caution as they are not causal relationships.

Comments on the Quality of English Language

The writing style seems shorthanded, the paragraphs are very short in the earlier part of the paper, and this might limit authors discuss the literature more comprehensively.

In genera the level of English is good, however, attention should be paid in overusing abbreviations. Sometimes it is distracting for readers to go back to see what EB, ENB, C, CNB, and EI mean.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Thank you for submitting the manuscript. Below, I have listed some suggestions.

The introduction effectively frames the significance of entrepreneurial behaviors (EB) and creativity-nurturing behaviors (CNB) in the context of education. The relevance of these concepts to sustainable education is clearly established. I suggest not including references in the abstract and revising it according to the journal's structure.

The introduction could benefit from a more explicit statement of the research gap. While it discusses the importance of EB and CNB, it lacks a clear articulation of what specific gap in the literature this study addresses. Furthermore, the objectives of the study could be more clearly outlined.

Although the sampling method is described, the rationale for selecting Mersin province as the study location could be better explained. My main concern is the use of only one statistical variable for the analysis. I believe that a more robust analysis could include additional variables or more advanced statistical techniques to validate the results. Then, a more detailed discussion on why Pearson correlation was chosen over other statistical methods might strengthen this section.

The results section could benefit from a more thorough interpretation of the findings. While the statistical relationships are clear, discussing their practical implications could provide more depth.

In conclusions could be improved by addressing the limitations of the study in more detail, particularly concerning the generalizability of the findings. Additionally, while the discussion touches on implications, it could delve deeper into how these findings might influence future educational policies or practices.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Your research is both interesting and important in the context of sustainability. The design and research questions are well-formulated and the methodology is appropriate. Here are some suggestions for clarifying concepts and improving the clarity and coherence of your research¨:

Line 23-26:  References are not being used in the abstract. It could be beneficial to incorporate the references in the introduction, particularly the citations (1-4) into the introduction as they are crucial to your research.

Line 32-34: The initial lines of the introduction are crucial for defining the concepts. Incorporating references will help the reader understand the theoretical framework and the basic concept of "entrepreneurial teacher". It is also important to provide the historical context of this concept and then connect it with the concept of creativity, based on the relevant bibliography

Line 168-173: It is written as methodology. In this unit, the reader expects the results of the data analysis. I suggest you present the results under your research questions. The same structure could also support your conclusions and improve the overall coherence.

Comments on the Quality of English Language

There is a need for cohesion to be improved e.g.

Line 123: teachers' EB levels. Choose the: teachers' levels of EB

Line 138: it is a repetition

Additionally,  the terminology needs to be aligned with the academic writing standards in the English language  e.g.:

Line 324-326 “.......has a positive but very low relationship with CNB. In the academic community, the team weak relationship is preferable

Line 132:  Model of the Study. This title is not suitable. Prefer the Research Design.

Line 139: Study Group. The title Sample Characteristics or Sample is preferable in the academic community.

Line  168: The problem of the research and its sub-problems.  Prefer the term question

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

Dear authors,

your research contributes to the field of combating the significant relationship revealed by the positive correlation between teachers' Entrepreneurial Behaviors (EB) and Creative Behavior (CNB) and suggests that entrepreneurial skills could enhance creativity in the educational environment. In particular, it has been shown that dimensions such as "risk taking" and "opportunity recognition" are closely related to "curiosity" and "critical thinking". Considering the limitations of the research, this approach could be beneficial for students and teachers and sustainable.
