A very interesting work that presents a novel method of assessing the symmetry of the ascending nodes of the GPS orbital planes. A specific approach that analyzes a multitude of concrete information and the research results allowed specific clear conclusions.

This paper presented an assement method of the symmetry of GPS orbit ascending nodes. The author made difference with the other works by focusing on anomalous orbit of one of the GPS satellites. This research can provide trend and anomaly of GPS satellite orbit. I suggested some... 

 

  1. The title of the paper can be more specific. 
  2. You may add more references about your work in introduction.
  3. You may descirbe the effectiveness or benefits of your research in the introduction.
  4. You may re-organize some abbreviations..
