Reviewer 2 Report

The manuscript analyses and reviews the Early Identification Technology of Flash Floods. Despite the fact that the paper is of appropriate length and contains valuable information, some sections should be revised and written in a more formal tone with better grammar and syntax. It would be imperative if the authors would take the time to consider revising the points in the attached PDF file.
