1. Authors should describe the purpose and problem statement of the study in the introduction section.

2. I highly recommend a system diagram to understand the study more easily to the readers.

3. Overall methodology is not precise and clear.

4. Authors should explain equations 6-11 and the scope of implementation of this study.

5. In the discussion section authors only compare KNN and SVM with the proposed study, but it's not portrayed as outperforming compared to other classifiers. I recommend comparing more classifiers to show the robustness and acceptance of the study.

6. Most of the citations are old. Try to use recent studies (2018-2022).

7. English quality should be improved. A thorough revision of the manuscript is recommended.
