Please include some available literature in the introduction about the utilization of GGE Biplot analysis in maize and other crops.

Please do not repeat the aims at the beginning of the discussion and focus directly on your results.

In my opinion, the discussion should be improved by showing the impact of your results.

Please be careful not to start your sentences with And in capital letters. I found it in different parts of the manuscript such as L99 and L270.

In this manuscript, the authors compare the 14 hybrids of maize under 10 different environments and then find out the superior genotype and environment for future strategy. 
The manuscript is well written. In some places, minor grammatical changes are needed that I mentioned in the manuscript.
