Line 14- it would be great, if you state matrine as biopesticide or plant-based pesticide instead of just pesticide

Line 17: please give what is the OD?

Line 36:  Are the biopesticides consequent of the last sentences? You can use “contrary to synthetical pesticides” instead of “consequently”

Line 43:  please use another term instead of “bioactivity”

Line 108: Why did you want to 54°C degree as high temperature?

 It would be great if you add the reference for Chinese standards in methodology section

Line 182:  Did you perform tests just on 8 pest larvaes?

Line 219: What do you mean with “Gray liquid”? and what is the aim of it?

Line 479: please remove this section if you do not have
