Comments and Suggestions for Authors

1.     There are previous reports on the use of ultrasonic-assisted extraction (UAE) method for the extraction of polyphenols and tannins from the oak bark. Authors should acknowledge past findings and highlight the novelty of their research. 10.3390/plants11182357

2.     In Results and Discussions section, the authors should compare their extraction method with the reported methods, and state what makes their method better.

3.     3. Does the authors' approach exclusively extract phenolic compounds? Please provide the relevant literatures. In addition, the authors can perform mass spectrometric analysis to determine the content of the plant extract.

4.     Line 28, “What does the result mean? Please clarify in the abstract.

5.     Use unique keywords that differ from the article title. Please modify the keywords.

6.     Line 71-72. Please reconsider this sentence. Does this imply that using the UAE method of extraction enhances the biological activity of the extracts?

7.     Please respond to the comments in the manuscript as well.
