Review of the Manuscript: Initial Conditions and Resilience in the Atmospheric Boundary Layer of an Urban Basin

Authors: Patricio Pacheco, Eduardo Mera, Voltaire Fuentes and Carolina Parodi

The manuscript has contents that are worthwhile to be communicated to the atmospheric sciences community. Furthermore, the manuscript is well written and easy to follow. The experimental procedure is clear and the conclusions are supported by the results. In this way I would recommend that the manuscript should to be accepted in the present form.

I think that this paper is excellent with an interesting view of ecological problems by using complexity theory tools.

Just as a suggestion for future works, it would be interesting to introduce complexity measures (LMC and SDL) to complement the results from Kolmogorov measures.
