Title: Real-time Control of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project
Dear authors,
The topic of your paper is interesting, but there are some aspects which should be improved.
Following are some recommendations to consider:
The figures and their size must be edited so that the details collected in them are visible. For example, figure 1 is not visible. The details that are not visible and are not necessary, add noise to the figure. Also Fig.2, 3, 5, etc.
Limited findings and discussion section relating to the literature. In recent years, there is some research on other large water diversion projects in different regions (USA, Europe, Asia, etc.); It would be interesting to study some of them and comment on similarities and differences, as well as possible future consequences.
The references are somewhat updated.
Kind regards,
