In this paper the Authors developed a system for evaluating economic development and the ecological environment and used the coupling degree and coupling coordination models to study the changes in the high-quality economic development in the Yellow River basin from 2010 to 2019.
In my opinion the paper is very interesting, completed and innovative; the only change Authors can do is to insert best quality figures.

Abstract
The main theme of the paper has been clarified in the abstract section. It is clear from the abstract that a new indicator system using the coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model has been proposed. The abstract has clearly expressed the findings of the paper. A summary of the results of the study has also been stated in this abstract.
Introduction
The introduction of this paper is also quite good in explaining the background of the research project. It has explained that high quality development in construction has become the theme of the economic construction of China. The introduction also supplies the rationale behind doing this study. It says that although different studies multiple evaluation systems as per the given problems, the results can be biassed and misleading. It has also mentioned that those studies lack specific insights about high quality economic development. The scope of the paper has also been added to the introduction.
Literature Review
Unfortunately, the paper does not have any section literature review. This signifies that the paper is lacking from adequate literary underpinnings.
Methodology
An evaluation index system has been used to find out the interrelationship between the economy and the environment. The indicators considering requirements of quality economic development and frequently used indicators are deployed in the measurement process. The methodology section has clearly described the participants involved in the research study and the area under investigation.
Results of the study
The results are presented in graphs, which has made it an easy to understand of the measurements and calculations. The trend of economic development in the Yellow River basin has been presented in the graphical format right from 2010 to 2019. The variables of population indicators, economic volume, and development density are also marked in the graph. The evaluation of high quality economic development within the Yellow River basin provinces has been presented in the form of a map. The presentation is done on the basis of the economic development subsystem index, and the types of regional development. Sulphur dioxide and industrial water emissions in the 9 provinces during the study period have been presented in the form of bar graphs. In this way through graphs and maps, the results of the study are displayed in the paper.
Conclusion
The conclusion states what ultimately has been proposed to be developed in this paper. It says that firstly a system for economic development and ecological environment evaluation got developed. After that, the coupling degree and coupling coordination models are used for studying changes in the high quality economic development in the Yellow River basin between 2010 and 2019. The main findings of the study have also been presented in this conclusion section in the form of bullet points.
Comments
Specific focus should be given in the literature section. Underpinning literature would have been required to support the findings of this report. So, it is recommended to the authors add a literature section to this study.
Must enrich the Introductions, basic information’s are missing regarding the research.
More details on the parameters of economic development and ecological environment are also required.
