The Article "Appraisal of Building Price in Urban Area Using Light Detection and Ranging (Lidar) Data, Case Study: Depok City" Received for Review is a very valuable scientific material. The Subject Matter is very interesting, and the Structure of the Article is Appropriarate. Tables, very good quality figures, and a large literature resource testifies to a very good researchers' scientific workshop. In my Opinion, The Article Does Not Require Any Corrections and in Its Current for Form is Suitable for Printing. Recommends This Article.

This paper "Appraisal of Building Price in Urban Area Using Light Detection And Ranging (LiDAR) Data, Case Study: Depok City" addresses a topic of great interest both for local governments to determine the value of the building which is the basis for calculating the tax.

However, I would recommend:

- reaching the chapter "1. Introduction". The introduction should briefly place the study in a broad context and emphasize why it is important. It should define the purpose of the paper and its significance, including the specific hypotheses being tested. The current state of the research field should be carefully reviewed and key publications cited.

Considering the timeliness of the research, the methodology used, the logical sequence and the growth obtained support the public domain of the article entitled "Appraisal of Building Price in Urban Area Using Light Detection And Ranging (LiDAR) Data, Case Study: Depok City" in its current form, with minor changes, of the form imposed by the requirements of the journal.

I congratulate the research team on this occasion for their concerns and achievements.
