In the manuscript, the authors clearly explained the source of larger inclusions in the ESR process. Based on the analysis, three types of inclusions were classified: primary, semi-secondary and secondary. To be better understand for audience, it is suggested to draw schematic for the definition of the three inclusion types.

I see the point of including a schematic over the three described inclusion types.
Therefore a new table, showing a general schematic of the inclusion types, now is
included in the manuscript.

the manuscript focuses on the oxide inclusions formed during formatino of martensitic steel. The mansucript brings scientific insight into the subject. It is clearly writen and presented. The statements are supported by experiments and literature. In my opinion, it deserves to be published in MDPI's Metals in recent form.

 

If Authors will have opportunity, please think about Table 1 - put reference column on the end in the right hand side, for clarity.
